1. Returns Policy

a) Eligibility:

• Notify Vedatva within 72 hours of receipt.
• Return unopened items in original packaging within 15 days.

b) Non-Refundable:

Original shipping and handling fees.

c) Mistakes by Vedatva:

For incorrect items, Vedatva will cover the return and replacement costs.

2. Refunds Policy

• Refunds are processed as points in the customer’s account.
• Points must be used within one year of issue.

3. Process

• Refunds are initiated upon receipt and inspection of returned items.
• Email confirmation will be provided after the refund is processed.
